Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire the team
  • Act as a coach to ensure sales colleagues are ramping up successfully
  • Motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve and surpass goals
  • Protect/breath the team- and company culture
  • Lead by example: close deals and manage own sales cycles
  • Contribute actively to improving overall business performance
  • Conduct constant market analysis
  • Work closely with Nordics Regional Manager to deliver market insights
  • Create customer base
  • Generate leads via combined business-marketing development actions
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects
  • Achieve and surpass personal budget
  • Ensure each local customer becomes an ambassador
  • Follow and report on predefined business KPI’s

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in business and/or economics
  • 5+ years in a business/sales context or experience in a financial position with the desire to switch to an entrepreneurial sales/business challenge
  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with the local (business) culture is an asset
  • Ability to inspire people
  • Preference to work @ the office to support colleagues
