Job Description:

Uber AI Solutions is reimagining how the world moves by solving the hardest problems in autonomy, localization, and automation. Having built one of the world's most sophisticated AI-driven platforms, we are now extending our core capabilities – data labeling, map editing, and AI model validation – to enterprise customers. We help organizations accelerate their own AI journeys by providing the human-verified data and rigorous testing environments required to deploy frontier models with confidence and precision. As the Lead Account Executive for Uber AI Solutions, you will drive accelerated sales revenue within the GenAI and Agentic AI vertical. This pivotal role requires you to be a strategic "builder," establishing the strategic direction, scale, and go-to-market strategy for this new growth area. You will own the entire sales lifecycle – from initial prospecting to final execution – collaborating closely with a geographically diverse team to ensure our collective success. Leveraging your technical expertise and professional network, you will drive revenue and accelerate key partnerships by helping customers bridge the gap between complex training data needs and our scalable, modern AI solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong, multi-level relationships with various stakeholders from procurement and technical leaders to the C-suite to ensure smooth project delivery and drive account growth
  • Drive revenue growth, expansion, and retention by executing strategic plans for your assigned accounts
  • Generate and uphold precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. This includes projecting revenue streams and identifying expansion opportunities across your accounts
  • Maintain and update CRM data for performance tracking, pipeline management, and account status reporting
  • Serve as the technology thought leader by leading co-creation initiatives to support your accounts and deliver on the roadmap
  • Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, proactively advising accounts on how emerging trends and new Agentic AI frameworks will impact their training data needs
  • Foster a culture of high standards, integrity, collaboration, problem-solving, and accountability as an experienced account executive
  • Strategically partner internally with the operations, quality and solutions teams, as well as the broader AI Solutions group

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI/ML services with long-term sales cycles (6–18 months) and multi-stakeholder buy-in
  • Experience in Consultative Selling or Value Engineering, with the ability to draft complex Statements of Work (SOWs) and business cases that align technical capabilities (like data labeling or HITL) with specific customer outcomes

Nice to have:

  • Domain expertise within the AI data solutions industry, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of the data supply chain for machine learning
  • Deep technical understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI workflows, with expertise in techniques like RLHF and SFT etc.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding relationships within hyper-scale technology enterprises
  • Proven ability to accelerate sales cycles, reducing time from quarters to months
  • Proficient in leveraging Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets for advanced reporting, data analysis, and process optimization
  • Proven experience within a start-up, scale-up, or high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • A genuine, collaborative approach to problem-solving, engaging as a trusted peer and partner with the business and all other relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the company at industry gatherings, cultivating relationships to create new leads and expand business
What we offer:
  • Eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program
  • May be offered an equity award & other types of comp
  • Eligible for various benefits
