Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, creatively driven 2D & Motion Lead to support the Creative Agency Lead in managing the 2D and motion production stream for our studio's game portfolio. This role is responsible for guiding a team of illustrators, graphic designers, and motion designers to produce high-impact marketing and user acquisition assets—including key art, social media content, motion graphics, and performance ads—for PC, console, and mobile platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support the 2D/motion production stream
  • Manage day-to-day production including task prioritization and timeline management
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Standardize workflows and documentation
  • Contribute creatively to high-priority assets
  • Oversee visual design, typography, and brand consistency
  • Produce and guide high-quality motion assets
  • Solve technical issues
  • Review all assets for quality
  • Provide feedback on composition and animation
  • Collaborate with project manager and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a 2D and motion production stream
  • Expert-level command of design and motion principles
