Job Responsibility:
Drive the Engineering Services & Automation initiative within the Emerging Business Umbrella of West Region -Property & Asset Management
Interface with the clients, vendors, strategic partners and regional teams
Identify, develop and nurture new opportunities pertaining to Engineering Services and IoT based automation
Research, schedule meetings and build relationship with potential clients and convert opportunities into wins
Work closely with Head Strategic Business to plan methodologies and pitches
Utilize knowledge of market conditions and competitors to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators
Act as key SPOC for clients for Engineering Services
Deliver various Annual Maintenance Contracts, Repair & Maintenance and strategic procurement activities for multiple sites in West India, with PAN India oversight
Coordinate with Client SPoC for various buildings towards AMC services and automation and take customer feedback
Coordinate with all service partners and vendors to ensure quality services and emergency support
Monitor and measure vendor performance through SLA's & KPI's
Maintain 100% records and documents in legible form
Ensure all administrative activities pertaining to a pitch or won contract are maintained properly
Track progress against plan, collections against the won contracts, forecast deviations in business targets and ensure objectives are met
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university
Ten to twelve-years’ experience in handling electromechanical Equipments at a facility
Exposure to Business Development
Knowledge of Facility or Property Management of any real asset class
Eye for detail and ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information
Good communication and organisational skills
Great time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to prioritize between multiple commitments
Nice to have:
Masters or an MBA degree
Additional certifications in Energy Management/Six Sigma/Total Quality Management
