Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications
  • Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
  • Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and security
  • Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure high quality and maintainability
  • Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to development using.NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving and optimizations
  • Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications
  • Advanced Technologies & Innovation: Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL)
  • Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling
  • Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence
  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical risk management

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of overall software development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development
  • Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases)
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Visual Metaverse, 3D visualization, AR/VR, or immersive platforms
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or Web-based 3D frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js)
  • Understanding of IoT applications, digital twins, and real-time data integration
  • Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, security, and scalability for large platforms
