Job Description:

Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator to design and configure platform solutions, drive efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce team, serve as trusted advisor on all things Salesforce, and act as vital bridge between business and technology supporting Salesforce initiatives across various product domains.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com environment with 3500+ users
Work with partners and architects to identify solutions on Salesforce platform
Work with Salesforce team to solution business challenges with declarative configuration
Act as gatekeeper for declarative configurations vs programmatic code changes
Partner with product counterparts and non-technical business leaders to translate needs into solutions
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
Coordinate evaluation, scope and completion of new business requests
Improve data quality in Salesforce org
Evaluate internal processes and design solutions to improve operational efficiencies
Work with 3rd-party vendors to implement new systems and product features
Assist in training new users
Execute configuration changes
Perform new release evaluations & execute new functionality rollouts
Perform mass data imports using API or import tools
Manage and implement customization requests including process builders, workflows, flows, alerts, automated email responses
Work with developers to refactor existing code and translate to declarative automation
Maintain updated system documentation and related SFDC policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM-201) certified
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Understanding of the SDLC process leveraging DevOps tools like Copado/Gearset/Flosum
Experienced with Service Cloud and Omni Channel, telephony CTI integrations
Experienced in implementing Contact Centers on Salesforce using tools like NiCE CXone/Five9

Nice to have:

Experience working with other Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Developers, Salesforce and Enterprise Architects and Salesforce Partners
Experienced in designing and configuring outbound auto dialer campaigns and complex inbound routing
Experienced in implementing and running installed packages and/or connected apps
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and building custom page layouts per profile
Experienced working on SCRUM teams in an Agile environment and with Agile tooling like Jira
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the platform with ability to build custom apps and objects
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
