Job Description

We are seeking a driven and high-ownership professional to lead the implementation and delivery of enterprise software solutions for our clients. This role focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding, timely project execution, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. Acting as the bridge between clients, engineering, and internal teams, you will play a critical role in aligning resources and ensuring successful project delivery. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to leadership and a defined path to grow into senior delivery leadership positions.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful onboarding and go-live for assigned clients
  • Drive adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation process
  • Proactively manage expectations, address potential risks, and handle client escalations effectively
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to translate business requirements into actionable execution plans
  • Ensure consistent alignment and timely deliverables across teams
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and delivery trackers
  • Evaluate current implementation processes, recommend improvements, and contribute to building scalable delivery frameworks and playbooks
  • Share insights with the Product team to enhance solutions

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or project management roles
  • Proven experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or workflow-based solutions
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Functional understanding of APIs, integrations, or ERP/workflow systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Nice to have

  • Experience at companies such as Zoho, Freshworks, Capgemini, Cognizant, Newgen, Kissflow or the like will be preferred
  • Exposure to delivering enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions
  • Familiarity with BFSI, enterprise workflow systems, or compliance domain
