Job Responsibility
Performing critical safety and environmental emissions inspections on pressurized piping systems
Utilizing specialized technology (Acoustics, Method 21, and Infrared/OGI cameras) to identify process deficiencies
Accurately collecting, logging, and signing off on daily inspection data
Calibrating and maintaining sensitive field instruments daily
Working at heights—up to 300 feet in the air—while carrying a gear backpack
Requirements
Physical Fitness: This is a highly demanding role. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, walk long distances, crouch, bend, and climb extensively. No underlying back or medical conditions that limit heavy physical labor
Absolute Comfort with Heights: You will be working on permanent elevated platforms and high-rise scaffolding. If you are afraid of heights, this is not the role for you
Mechanical Aptitude: A basic understanding of industrial parts (valves, flanges, piping layouts) is required
Pre-Employment Screening: Must be able to pass a 12-Panel Drug & Alcohol test (including breathalyzer) and a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
Valid Driver's License: In good standing with a clean abstract (for driving to/from camp)
Safety Tickets: H2S Alive, Common Safety Orientation (CSO), and Fall Arrest/Fall Protection are required.
