This cross-border team schedule runs 5 days out and averages 5,000 miles per week

Job Responsibility:

  • Depart Winnipeg on Sunday to deliver in Ohio, reload to Alberta
  • Depart Alberta with an LCV load to Winnipeg
  • Depart Winnipeg to Michigan and return to Winnipeg
  • Required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year
  • Will be required to do rolling reset when needed
  • Additional work might be available upon request
  • Freight and destinations might vary occasionally
  • Hours and days of work might change from time to time according to operational demands

Requirements:

  • Owner-Operator Team with 24 months tractor trailer driving experience
  • Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
  • Must have a Bunk Truck
  • Tractors must be equipped with a DEF system
  • Must have a minimum of 6-months verifiable LCV experience including operating during winter conditions
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months Highway 17 experience
  • Must have a qualified team partner
  • Must be eligible to cross the U.S. border
  • Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol
  • Reliable, flexible, and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
