Job Description

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a locally owned, fast-growing clinic focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a caseload of 20–22 clients per week
  • Provide clinical supervision to a small team of pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW)
  • Oversee clinic productivity, documentation, and quality of care
  • Support hiring, training, and performance management
  • Partner with ownership to drive clinic growth and community outreach

Requirements

  • Active Virginia LCSW license + VA Board Approved Supervisor status
  • 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice
  • Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
  • Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations
  • Candidates are required to have at least a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia
