LCA Specialist

This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in environmental sustainability and make a meaningful contribution to our team. As our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialist, you will play a central role in developing Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) models and LCAs for Stegra’s current and future hydrogen, iron, and steel products, based on customer needs. As part of our group sustainability team, you will apply data-driven and analytical approaches to address environmental impacts across the value chain. In this role, you will strengthen Stegra’s LCA and PCF capabilities by developing tools, collecting and analyzing data, presenting findings, and supporting projects across the organization. You will also contribute to digital solutions that improve these processes, deliver accurate customer reporting, and produce Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for our product portfolio. Finally, you will support the implementation of processes for monitoring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions in line with the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). As a member of the sustainability team, you will also participate in initiatives and projects initiated by the team to drive Stegra’s sustainability agenda and deliver on our promises, as well as providing guidance and expertise to other teams across the company, especially our commercial and product sustainability team.
