Job Responsibility
Analyze, review, and annotate a wide range of legal documents and materials to provide expert input for AI training
Evaluate and validate legal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with jurisdictional standards
Identify nuances in legal language, drafting styles, and substantive issues across various legal specialties
Collaborate with a diverse team of fellow expert legal professionals to provide feedback and enhance data quality
Produce high-quality written explanations, rationales, and clarifications for complex legal topics
Contribute domain-specific insights that guide the development and improvement of AI legal tools
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while working with sensitive or confidential information
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
Significant, proven expertise in one or more legal domains such as corporate, intellectual property, litigation, contract, or regulatory law
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely
Demonstrated track record of high-quality legal analysis and drafting
Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote, asynchronous environment
Ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Experience working with cross-disciplinary or technical teams
Familiarity with legal technology, natural language processing, or AI-driven legal tools
Multi-jurisdictional legal experience or fluency in multiple languages
