Job Description:

We are looking for a Lawyer specializing in Golden Visa and Work Migration Programs to join a prominent law firm. If you have a passion for immigration law, strategic client advising, and international mobility frameworks, this opportunity could be your next career milestone.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting client consultations to assess eligibility and advise on Golden Visa and Work Migration programs (including Digital Nomads, FIP permits, cross-border employment, etc.)
Preparing and reviewing visa/permit applications and legal documentation
Representing clients before public authorities, institutions, and banks
Providing strategic legal advice in compliance with current immigration laws and regulations
Conducting legal research and staying informed on legal updates
Maintaining professional, proactive communication with clients
Collaborating closely with legal teams and contributing to knowledge sharing

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of legal experience
Minimum 3 years in immigration law
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
Excellent command of English (both spoken and written legal communication)
Familiarity with Golden Visa and Work Migration frameworks

Nice to have:

Master’s degree (LL.M.) considered a plus
