Job Responsibility

  • Drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, opinions, and memoranda to support litigation and advisory services
  • Managing court procedures and handling case-related tasks, including filings, submissions, and procedural deadlines
  • Representing clients and the firm in legal proceedings and hearings, delivering persuasive arguments and advocating for favorable outcomes
  • Conducting in-depth legal research on evolving regulatory frameworks and case law to develop innovative strategies and solutions
  • Preparing detailed case resolution proposals and legal recommendations, contributing to effective decision-making and risk mitigation

Requirements

  • LLB or equivalent Law degree
  • LLM in Public Law or Environmental/Urban Planning Law
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative/environmental/energy law
