Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with the client throughout the duration of the transaction
  • Drafting and negotiating Greek-law construction and supply agreements in both English and Greek
  • Corresponding with all parties involved in a case, including clients, counterparties, lenders, foreign counsel, and technical experts
  • Responding to complex queries and comments raised by clients and project funders
  • Participating actively in multi-party contractual drafting and negotiation for large-scale projects

Requirements

  • Law degree from a Greek university
  • 5-8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in energy transactions and energy regulatory advice
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
