Job Responsibility:
Leading complex corporate and M&A transactions within the energy and renewables sectors
Advising international clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and cross-border co-operations
Drafting and negotiating high-value project documentation, including EPC, O&M, and connection agreements
Providing legal guidance on the full project life cycle, from development and financing to operational risk
Managing and mentoring junior associates and trainees within the legal team
Leading business development initiatives and maintaining senior-level client relationships
Ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulatory frameworks and ESG standards
Requirements:
At least 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and energy law within a reputable firm
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for complex international contracts
Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional matters and cross-functional teams
Law Degree (LL.B.) and Master's degree (LL.M.) in a relevant field
Active membership in a recognized Bar Association
Proven experience in corporate law with a focus on energy, renewables, or infrastructure
