We are looking for a highly skilled legal professional to join their dynamic team in Athens, offering a collaborative culture and the opportunity to work on transformative international projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading complex corporate and M&A transactions within the energy and renewables sectors
  • Advising international clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and cross-border co-operations
  • Drafting and negotiating high-value project documentation, including EPC, O&M, and connection agreements
  • Providing legal guidance on the full project life cycle, from development and financing to operational risk
  • Managing and mentoring junior associates and trainees within the legal team
  • Leading business development initiatives and maintaining senior-level client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulatory frameworks and ESG standards

Requirements:

  • At least 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and energy law within a reputable firm
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for complex international contracts
  • Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional matters and cross-functional teams
  • Law Degree (LL.B.) and Master's degree (LL.M.) in a relevant field
  • Active membership in a recognized Bar Association
  • Proven experience in corporate law with a focus on energy, renewables, or infrastructure
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
