Lawn Care Operative – GreenThumb London. Love being outdoors? Hate being stuck at a desk? Read on. And we're not stopping at lawns — we now offer a full suite of outdoor home services including Mowing and more, giving our customers everything they need to love their gardens, all year round.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the face of GreenThumb across your patch
  • Visit customers daily to apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and spot wider opportunities in the garden
  • Offer expert advice, recommend products and services
  • Handle seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing)
  • Grow the business and build relationships

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence
  • Love talking to people and delivering brilliant service
  • Have a genuine passion for the outdoors
  • Be organised, reliable and self-motivated
  • Have the right to work in the UK

  • The use of regular garden tools such as rakes, leaf sweepers and brooms to clear scarification waste
  • Working in a team or alone on machine work which can be physically demanding so good general fitness is required
