Previous customer service experience is beneficial
Weekend availability and open availability are a must

Job Responsibility

Answer questions and solve problems related to customers' lawn and garden issues
Load soil, plants, mulch, and more into customer vehicles
Refill propane tanks for customers
Assist customers in-store and over the phone
Perform daily outdoor plant care tasks
Gain knowledge of available lawn equipment brands
Work with the team to maintain a clean and organized store
Unload trucks and stock merchandise
Participate in front-facing and merchandising activities
Unload delivery trucks, bringing pallets of bag goods to department driving a forklift or electric pallet jack

Cooperate with others and work well as part of a retail team, actively participate in huddle meetings, and share ideas for improvement
