As a Campus Landscape Technician, you'll take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and visually stunning outdoor spaces across our properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the day-to-day upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and exterior areas
  • Mow, edge, trim, and water lawns and green spaces
  • Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers to keep our landscape vibrant
  • Rake leaves, remove litter, and clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
  • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety regulations
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
  • Monitor grounds for signs of disease, pests, or environmental stress
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Report any damage, hazards, or necessary repairs to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar work is a plus
  • Comfortable using tools and equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of horticulture and grounds maintenance practices
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
