A highly respected, global law firm is seeking an experienced Law Student Recruiting Manager to lead and manage law student and entry-level attorney recruiting for its Chicago office. This is a role with strong visibility and long-term growth potential for someone looking to build a career in recruiting.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead law student and entry-level recruiting strategy and execution for the Chicago office
  • Manage and develop two direct reports
  • Partner closely with firm leadership, recruiting committees, and senior recruiting leaders
  • Oversee on-campus recruiting, interview programs, summer associate programming, offers, and integration
  • Coordinate with firmwide attorney recruiting and talent teams to ensure consistency and best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of direct law firm recruiting experience required
  • Prior people-management or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of law student and entry-level recruiting processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and committees
