Job Responsibility
Prepare weekly applications for review by attorney staff
ensure timely mail communications
order needed supplies
make travel arrangements for staff
maintain a safe and effective work environment
coordinate front desk and phone coverage
handle client letters
case file management
provide back-up assistance to front desk staff when needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
three years of administrative or clerical work with one year having been in a legal secretary role
good typing skills
excellent grammatical skills
experienced with office technology such as printing, scanning, and faxing
excellent interpersonal skills
experience with direct client interactions
