Multinational organization with a global presence and a strong focus on excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. You will be part of a growing Hub organization in the Legal department of the company. This Hub will serve various countries and businesses around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements globally
  • and procurement contracts in EMEA to deliver responsive, business-oriented and pragmatic legal partnership
  • Support the DI SW Legal counsels globally as needed on other commercial transactional requests, on a wide range of commercial matters as needed, particularly software license and cloud-services related transactions
  • Drive efficiency and consistency in contracting by proactively advancing and standardizing digital tools, processes, and workflows. Identify pain points, implement best practices, and support the evolution and adoption of legal tech and contract management systems to maximize operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law
  • Experience of 2 years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in a law firm or in-house environment
  • Solid expertise in Commercial Contract Law
  • Full professional fluency in English, including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts
