Job Description:

Mellor Olsson Lawyers is looking for a Law Clerk to join their Property Law team. The firm is an established South Australian law firm with a strong team culture committed to helping South Australian businesses and individuals succeed.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with drafting documents and correspondence
Conducting legal research and preparing research summaries
Attending client meetings and taking accurate notes
Drafting case law summaries and articles
Liaising professionally with clients

Requirements:

Penultimate or final year of study
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised
Able to manage time effectively
Team player
Can work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
