Job Description:

Calling all legal, real estate, and law clerk professionals in Oakville and surrounding areas!!! Are you a team player with exceptional communication skills with the ability to review detail oriented documentation? Do you have experience in law and or banking? We are seeking a MMS Specialist (Managed Mortgage Solutions) in Moncton and would like to connect with you today!

Job Responsibility:

Providing support to clients by handling calls/requests for service in a friendly and professional manner
90% of your day will be to review documents sent by lawyers
Corresponding with banks and law firms regarding pending documents for files when necessary
Supporting all clients (lawyers, lenders) with escalation and general inquiries
Complete all Post Closing follow-ups within the Internal guidelines and elevate any backlogs by the end of the day
Update MOTION with the appropriate file notes for all deals where follow-up was performed
Continuously monitor the follow-up mailbox and process confirmations and post follow-up documentation
Assist with incoming mail and final documentation when required

Requirements:

Experience working in the mortgages and law
Mortgage documentation experience is an asset
Experience working in the banking industry preferred
Experience providing excellent customer service
Tech Savvy, experience using ActiveOps is an Asset
Strong communication skills with problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and working under pressure in fast paced environment
Team player with a strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

Mortgage documentation experience
Experience using ActiveOps
