Job Description

Highly regarded single-practice plaintiff employment trial firm seeks a Law & Motion Attorney to join its growing team. The firm focuses exclusively on wrongful termination and harassment matters and is known for securing some of the largest plaintiff employment verdicts in Los Angeles County. This Law & Motion Attorney will report directly to a Shareholder. The firm maintains a strong reputation within the Southern California plaintiff community for high-value verdicts and aggressive trial work.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft and argue complex motions, including dispositive motions
  • Prepare and respond to detailed discovery
  • Develop strategic written advocacy supporting trial attorneys
  • Collaborate with trial team on case positioning and motion strategy
  • Handle substantive law and motion practice in California employment matters

Requirements

  • 3+ years of California employment law experience
  • Strong law and motion drafting background
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
