Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Laundry Washer who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Laundry Washer is an integral part of the Laundry & Valet Team who collectively is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all linens used throughout the hotel as well as the detailed dry cleaning of our guests' clothing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Laundry & Valet team in maintaining all hotel linens and completing guest dry cleaning
  • Sort, load, and unload industrial washing machines
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and care for all textiles processed
  • Contribute to smooth daily operations within the Laundry department
  • Comfortable working with industrial‑size washing machines and willing to learn their operation
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, safe use of cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

  • Must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
