Job Description:

Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with unloading items, delivering laundry and clothing to guestrooms. Requires excellent guest service skills and flexible schedule availability. Part of The Ritz-Carlton luxury hospitality team delivering Gold Standards of service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival
Assist with unloading of guest items in a safe manner
Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
Respond to requests from guests, Front Desk, or At Your Service requests
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Complete valet tickets properly
Coordinate repairs to appropriate persons and pick-up for delivery when completed

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Excellent guest service skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to respond promptly to requests
Ability to monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Ability to complete valet tickets properly
Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time

Shakes wet sheets, table linens and napkins prior to ironing in order to spread them out
Feeds washed linens into ironer
Retrieves folded linens and stacks or hangs clean linens as appropriate
