Job Description:

Laundry Supervisor position at Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort, responsible for managing laundry operations, inventory, equipment maintenance, and supervising laundry staff while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

Job Responsibility:

Complete inventory of uniforms and linens
Conduct monthly inventory of laundry supplies
Report faulty equipment, maintenance needs, and safety hazards
Train employees on all laundry procedures
Verify laundry requests are completed for each department
Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery
Inspect linens and terry for damage
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
