Job Responsibility

Manage day-to-day laundry operations and liaise with suppliers
Count and check freshly laundered linen
record shortfalls or rejects
Deliver clean linen using fleet vehicles when required
Conduct property inspections, corrective cleaning, and special requests
Prepare linen for weekly departures and maintain stock levels
Manage soiled linen, keeping the area tidy before collection by suppliers
Provide practical feedback to support departmental performance
Promote excellent customer service to guests and owners
Undertake any additional duties within the scope of the role as requested

Experience working within a professional sports environment or football club
knowledge of laundry processes, equipment maintenance, and relevant safety standards
high level of attention to detail and pride in presentation
ability to work flexibly in line with training schedules, travel, and matchday requirements
understanding of safeguarding policies within a sporting environment
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively as part of a team
valid driving licence preferred
