Job Description:

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Maintenance Team as our Laundry Mechanic. The Laundry Mechanic will support our multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on laundry and other mechanical equipment within our two properties
  • Responsible for shift coverage
  • Support our multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair of large commercial laundry equipment
  • Previous engineering/maintenance experience required
  • Good communication skills
  • Open availability preferred
  • Trade school training and factory training preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push about 50 pounds
  • Must be a team player but able to work independently
  • Able to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Open scheduling availability including evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays
  • Previous hotel maintenance experience
