Job Responsibility

Install new kitchen and laundry equipment as required
Conduct safety inspections and ensure all equipment meets health and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and minimise equipment downtime
Collaborate with kitchen and laundry staff to address their equipment-related concerns
