Job Responsibility
Always Conduct self in a professional manner
Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies
Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times
Report to work on time, aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time as stated in Employee Handbook
Operate the spotting table to produce a high quality of cleaning in accordance with Four Seasons standards
Operate washers (washed and extracted) and dryers to produce high quality cleaning in accordance with Four Seasons standards
Operate correctly and properly, the flatwork ironers, sheet and towel folders and other miscellaneous equipment
Accurately sort, check, and mark guest laundry, and staff uniforms
Ensure all guests' items are processed and presented as per established procedures and Four Seasons standards
Ensure all staff uniforms and management personal clothing are processed as per established procedures and Four Seasons standards
Accurately sort, check, process and bundle Rooms, Spa and F&B Linen accordingly and timely to meet operational needs
Ensure all F&B / Spa / Rooms linen is always processed as per established procedures and core standards
Report any valuables/items found in guests/staff laundry to Laundry Supervisor and Security
Issue uniforms to staff on a clean for soiled exchange and ensure proper records of the issuing daily
Conduct quality checks on uniforms daily to ensure good condition before issuing them to staff
Highlight any damaged / worn out uniforms to Laundry Supervisor and tailor
Able to drive the Housekeeping Buggy according to procedures and always in compliance with safety regulations
Well informed of basic hotel information to assist any guest when enquired
Inform the Supervisor of any unusual events and communicate any special instructions during handover
Maintain good communication with other departments
Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needs to Laundry Supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Assist with linen inventory on regular basis
