Job Description:

Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with unloading items, delivering laundry and clothing to guestrooms. Requires excellent guest service skills and flexible schedule availability. Position involves responding to various service requests and maintaining laundry quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival
Assist with unloading items safely
Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
Respond to guest requests
Respond to Front Desk requests
Respond to At Your Service requests
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Complete valet tickets properly
Coordinate repairs to appropriate persons
Pick-up completed repairs for delivery

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Excellent guest service skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to respond promptly to requests
Ability to monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Ability to complete valet tickets properly
Ability to coordinate repairs
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professional uniform and appearance
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Use clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents accurately
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Listen and respond to concerns of other employees
Comply with quality standards
Physical ability: reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, grasp, turn, manipulate objects
Move, lift, or carry objects up to 10 pounds
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
