Job Description

The Part-Time Laundry Attendant is an integral part of the Laundry & Valet Team who collectively is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all linens used throughout the hotel.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for the operation of sorter/dryer and for the proper sorting and drying of all washed linen
Must be familiar with sizes and classifications of the various types of linen the hotel uses
Informs the Housekeeping management team of torn or damaged linen

Requirements

High level of attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to use all laundry and pressing equipment to clean each and every linen request to Four Seasons standards
Comfortable around industrial size Wash and Dry machines and have the ability to learn the operation
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Ability to safely utilize the proper cleaning chemicals
Strong communication skills

Nice to have

1-2 years previous Housekeeping/Laundry Valet experience in a fast-paced Hotel operation
Additional language a definite asset for career growth
