Job Description:

The Laundry Attendant role at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa involves operating and monitoring laundry machinery, identifying and treating stained or damaged items, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to an innovative hospitality environment. Job Responsibility:

Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery
identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard
set dryers to designated times and temperatures
maintain accurate records of laundered items
visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
listen and respond to the concerns of other employees
support team to reach common goals
ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery
identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard
set dryers to designated times and temperatures
remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain traps
fold articles by hand or using a folding machine
maintain accurate records of laundered items
follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
ability to move through narrow, sloping, or uneven spaces
ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.
