Job Responsibility:

Help ensure a 5 star experience for all of our guests
Always have a smile ready for our guests
Skilled at multi-tasking to manage laundry, relaxation area and changing rooms simultaneously
Ensure clean, fresh laundry is always available for guests and service providers
Understand the tools and products necessary to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry
Help provide a well-appointed and serene relaxation area for guests
Ensure a spotless, well-stocked changing room for guests
Ensure all glassware, dinnerware and utensils are spotless and ready for use
Have keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized
Take pride in their work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
Are stewards of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply with Woodhouse standards
Are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
