Join our Launch team as a Launch Specialist, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to evaluate stores and areas, collaborating closely with the Launch Manager to ensure smooth operations. The candidate should be based in UK, preferably around Leeds or Milton Keynes area.
Job Responsibility:
Planning and reviewing city-wide expansions, including operational borders, times, and procedures
Own launch configuration to ensure systems, tools, and processes are correctly set prior to go-live
Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges during launch execution
Ensure on-site readiness and smooth go-live transitions
Making suggestions on improving broader operational processes
Conduct store and area level assessments (site viability, logistics, regulatory requirements)
Coordinate site preparation activities and logistics
Being the initial operations point of contact for clients, city regulators and local businesses
Post-Launch monitoring & process improvements
Travel frequently to various locations to oversee site preparation, manage physical launch logistics, and ensure operational excellence on the ground
Requirements:
Project coordination skills and attention to detail
An effective problem-solving mindset with the ability to execute tactical solutions
Skills in building relationships, stakeholder management and influencing cross-functionally
Logistics coordination and supply chain awareness
Possession of a driver's license
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability and willingness for travel, adapting to new locations and adjusting according to business needs
UK market knowledge (preferred) and regulatory awareness
Previous experience in logistics or mapping industries are highly beneficial
