OpenAI is building the learning and certification ecosystem that will shape how enterprises adopt AI at scale. We are launching our first wave of enterprise-grade certifications with a set of strategic launch partners. As a Launch Manager, you will own the relationships, programs, and operational execution needed to deliver world-class certification launches across our customers and product partners. You will be the connective tissue ensuring that each partner’s certification journey is smooth, high-impact, and tightly aligned to our broader learning strategy.

shape and execute the certification launch model
design and run partner pilots end-to-end: scoping, milestone setting, readiness, communications, logistics, and measurement
build repeatable playbooks that reduce friction and raise quality across partners as the program scales
proactively identify risks and unblock cross-functional dependencies before they become issues
drive cross-functional alignment
collaborate deeply with the Certification/Jobs team to align partner needs with product, assessment, and content roadmaps

synthesize structured partner insights and influence product decisions and program evolution
build and maintain transparent reporting for internal stakeholders
turn partner data and feedback into actionable recommendations that shape the certification strategy and OpenAI’s broader learning ecosystem
