The NPI Lead is responsible for manage the multidisciplinary teams in the plant to ensure the successful and flawless implementation of the process for new launches, and develop for them a standard work that guarantees: a) The safety of our employees. b) The quality of our products c) The high efficiency of our processes. d) A productive capacity that allows us to complete our deliverables on time. He is also responsible for working together with the Head Launch Engineering at New Launch and guiding the Supplier Chain Team in learning of the new processes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development of a timeline for the implementation of the process and Deliverables/key milestones of the project and ensure compliance on time and within the budget
Coordinate the new process development and efficiency during the Launch and 30 days after the SOP
Support the definition of the Direct Labor needed to run for each of the new processes in the plant
Coordinate the definition of the cycle times for each operation of the new processes and maintain them during Launch
Assist in developing the Standard Work for the new processes
Participate in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs for each of the new processes
Coordinate the Supply Chain team in the plant to ensure successful processes in new launches/projects
Guarantee the industrialization of the plant in time to support the Launch
Support the Launch Lead and Engineering Site Lead to ensure a proper budget for each Launch/Project
Support the Launch Lead and the Engineering Site Lead to ensure the proper staff support and develop each Launch/Project
Act as a liaison between the plant PE and corporate teams
Ensure that the PE and Ops team actively participate in the development and validation process
Lead with multifunctional teams a flawless ramp up of the process
Manage and track all the Process Engineering open items for launches/projects
Assist in validating and approving packaging design
Participate in leading and performing packaging trials and tests
Coordinate the ECN implementation
Participate in the definition of the optimal layout for any new equipment
Participate in the definition of the optimal process flow for any new equipment
Ensure Best Practices are considered and implemented
Support the performance of the LV1
Support LV2 events
Help remove any roadblocks
Support the Engineering Site Lead in New Launches
Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent
At least 5 yrs of experience in projects
At least 3 yrs of experience in process or manufacturing areas
At least 3 yrs of experience as a Leader in the manufacturing industry
Bilingual in English 90%
High Leadership skills

What we offer:
Annual base salary range: $97,000.00-$131,000.00
Bonus target range: 20%-30%
