Lateral & Campus Recruiting Specialist

• Collaborate on all aspects of recruitment for lateral associates, as well as the summer program
• Coordinate on-campus and in-person interview logistics
• Manage candidate outreach and correspondence, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Produce reports on the candidate interview process and ensure accuracy within the ATS system

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in lateral and/or campus recruiting are required, at a law firm or professional consulting firm
• A bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with campus or graduate recruiting is highly desired
