Last year, we launched our brand-new Later Living services in Hamilton, Bellshill and Motherwell, Lanarkshire, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join us as Later Living Carers. Job Responsibility:

  • Support older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes within our developments
  • Provide personal, emotional, and social care and support in line with assessed needs promoting positive outcomes for customers
  • Work within a team to ensure customers are supported to live as independently as possible

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or working with older/vulnerable people
  • SVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong communication and basic IT skills
  • A respectful, inclusive approach to working with older people
  • A team spirit and willingness to support others
