Leading at Uber means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions. As the LATAM Regional Security Center (LSC) Manager, you won't be managing from a polished playbook; you will carry the weight of real-world decisions that safeguard our people, places, and brand across a highly dynamic and volatile landscape. The environment is intense, high-stakes, and complex. You will oversee a 24/7 security operations engine that translates massive streams of real-time security data into immediate, decisive intelligence and response. This role demands an owner’s mindset, unshakeable grit, and the adaptability to navigate massive ambiguity under immense pressure. If you are looking for a standard corporate security role where the parameters are fixed, this isn't it. But if you are energized by the challenge of managing operational complexity and have the resilience to lead teams through high-stakes crises, this is where you'll make your mark.
