Join the Uber Advertising team and help drive the strategic evolution of our ads business across Latin America. As a LatAm Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a central role in designing the go-to-market architecture and operational frameworks that enable our sales teams to scale efficiently across the region. Your work will directly impact Uber’s growth by improving how we allocate resources, set targets, and unlock sales productivity in one of our most dynamic global markets. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys combining data, strategy, and execution to solve complex business challenges.
Job Responsibility:
Go-to-market and territory strategy: Design and implement the regional go-to-market strategy, including territory mapping and resource allocation, to maximize market coverage and penetration
Forecasting and target setting: Partner with central Sales Operations teams to support quota-setting processes and deliver accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts to leadership
Sales productivity: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements that increase focus and efficiency for sales teams
Rules of engagement: Define and support the adoption of regional sales policies and operating guidelines to promote fairness, clarity, and consistency across Latin America
Cross-functional partnership: Act as a key connector between Sales, Finance, and Product teams, ensuring regional needs are reflected in global tools, processes, and strategies
Requirements:
4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or similar roles, ideally within the tech or advertising industry
Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building financial or operational models to support decision-making
Professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, with a solid understanding of the Latin American business environment
Nice to have:
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker to build automated performance dashboards
Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable go-to-market insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with exposure to managing rules of engagement and resolving cross-team conflicts
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from the ground up
