Job Description:

As a LATAM Operation Finance Manager, QRO, you will oversee several critical services to the LATAM businesses. You will be in charge of accurate accounting for inventory and valuation. Additionally, you will be a strategic operations partner to guide effectiveness of facility cost structure and inventory. You will report to the Director, Global Costing & Americas Operations Finance, and will work with Latam finance and main operations partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct oversight of Operations Finance for LATAM including Mexico, Central America, Brazil and Colombia
  • Improve productivity of the team through continuous improvement across all activities, including improved use of new tools (CFIN, Anaplan, Power BI)
  • Provide strategic analysis and support to operations partners to increase productivity results and balance sheet efficiency
  • Engage with departments and operations partners to ensure quality service is being provided
  • Provide training, feedback and education to team members on main deliverables of the organization
  • Ensure accounting activities are completed with high level of accuracy (journal entries, account reconciliations, audit requirements)
  • Deliver accurate standard costing and related analytics to relevant departments
  • Develop talent to meet needs of critical partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline with 7+ years of functional, or comparable, experience
  • Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement concepts
  • Knowledge of accounting and control processes within a complex organization
  • Experience with the financial closing cycle, audit processes and control environment knowledge
  • English fluency
