This role focuses on enabling better execution at scale through structured analysis, repeatable processes, and cross-functional coordination, helping markets improve vehicle availability, earnings viability, and operational quality without owning city-level outcomes or day-to-day partner management.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze operational and financial metrics (e.g., unit economics, earnings viability, performance by fleet model) to support regional recommendations and action plans
Implement, standardize, and maintain core analyses, dashboards, and operational processes used by regional and local teams
Support the testing, rollout, and scaling of new processes or tools, ensuring learnings are captured and applied consistently across markets
Partner with Product and Tech teams to support improvements to fleet tooling (e.g., Supplier Portal, APIs, self-serve capabilities), including framing problems and sizing impact
Coordinate with Central Ops, Local Ops, and cross-functional partners to ensure insights, priorities, and updates are communicated clearly and actionably
Identify operational risks and inefficiencies across markets, diagnose root causes, and support the development of practical solutions
Help structure insights that clarify where different vehicle or fleet models work, and under what conditions
Act as a reliable point of coordination to ensure information flows clearly between central teams and markets
Requirements:
3 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or program management roles
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational and financial data to inform decisions (SQL is required)
Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
Nice to have:
Experience building or operationalizing repeatable processes, dashboards, or analytical frameworks across multiple markets
Exposure to Product or Tech collaboration, including supporting feature prioritization, launches, or tooling improvements
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
