Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & E-Commerce team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions by tracking and analyzing monthly sales performance, market share trends, and Cricut’s position across key retailers and online platforms, including growth opportunities in Latin America.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and report monthly sales in and out across retail and e-commerce channels
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance by account, category, and product line
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights
  • Analyze Cricut’s market share across key retailers and platforms
  • Benchmark performance against competitors using syndicated data sources
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas of concern based on market dynamics
  • Track performance metrics for top retail partners and e-commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide actionable insights for sales strategies
  • Support promotional planning and post-event analysis with data-driven evaluations
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on forecasts and performance metrics
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and business reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or retail analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese, with strong communication skills in both languages

Nice to have:

Experience with syndicated data (e.g., NPD, Circana, Nielsen) is a plus
