We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & E-Commerce team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions by tracking and analyzing monthly sales performance, market share trends, and Cricut’s position across key retailers and online platforms, including growth opportunities in Latin America.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and report monthly sales in and out across retail and e-commerce channels
Maintain accurate records of sales performance by account, category, and product line
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights
Analyze Cricut’s market share across key retailers and platforms
Benchmark performance against competitors using syndicated data sources
Identify growth opportunities and areas of concern based on market dynamics
Track performance metrics for top retail partners and e-commerce platforms
Collaborate with account managers to provide actionable insights for sales strategies
Support promotional planning and post-event analysis with data-driven evaluations
Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on forecasts and performance metrics
Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and business reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or retail analytics
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability
Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese, with strong communication skills in both languages
Nice to have:
Experience with syndicated data (e.g., NPD, Circana, Nielsen) is a plus
