LATAM Legal Counsel position at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves providing legal support for Fever's operations across Latin America, working in an international in-house legal team to support regional expansion in LATAM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide legal support across LATAM on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements in Spanish and English
  • Advise on corporate governance, entity management, and local legal requirements across LATAM jurisdictions
  • Partner with internal teams to provide clear, actionable legal advice
  • Coordinate with external counsel and advisors in multiple jurisdictions
  • Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements
  • Support ongoing compliance and risk management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer in at least one LATAM jurisdiction (preferably Colombia, Peru, Mexico)
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable with business-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in international, fast-paced environment
