The LATAM CSC Payments Analyst role is designed for individuals seeking to contribute to and grow within our dynamic financial operations environment. This position is open to bothEntry-Level and Intermediate-Level candidates, with responsibilities tailored to experience while offering significant development opportunities. The analyst will be responsible for providing essential analytical and operational support, executing complex financial transactions, and coordinating closely with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all regular transfers, payments, and receivables-related operational activities, aligned with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with various countries.
Job Responsibility:
Process all regular, restricted and legal transfers, which include processing of payments and receivables
Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
Provide secondary or back-up coverage during high volume periods
Function in a fast-paced environment with multiple client and industry cutoffs
Recommend solutions that improve quality and efficiency and reduce risk of operational errors
Contribute to and collaborate with payments operations projects as needed
Develop comprehension of how the payments operations team interacts with others
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Perform the review and execution of complex transactions, transfers, payments, and receivables-related operational activities
Provide analytical and operational support for CSC Cash Operations in LATAM
Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Act as a subject matter expert in core payment processes
Collaborate closely with the Transaction Services team and other internal partners
Monitor adherence to internal strategies, policies, procedures, and processes
Identify opportunities to apply technical knowledge for recommending and implementing process improvements
Contribute to completing team deliverables effectively and on time
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulatory requirements
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a related role
Demonstrated experience with payments management processing and transaction services
Effective verbal, written, communication and analytical skills
Effective management, influencing and relationship skills
Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
Proficient in English
Portuguese is a MUST
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
