The LATAM Channel Sales Manager will develop and manage relationships with major retailers in Latin America, lead retail processes, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive sales and brand visibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with major retailers in Latin America to drive in-store and online sales performance
  • Lead retail sell-in and sell-through processes, including merchandising, pricing strategy, and marketing activation
  • Identify and onboard new retail or distribution partners, building sustainable long-term cooperation models
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts (supply chain, marketing, product) to ensure efficient retail operations and P&L optimization
  • Execute retail marketing campaigns and monitor ROI across channels
  • Represent the brand in key negotiations and trade events to strengthen visibility and credibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Marketing, or related)
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail channel sales or retail account management, preferably from the brand or distributor side
  • Hands-on experience managing retail partners or distributors with strong understanding of sell-in/sell-out dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to activate retail marketing resources and improve P&L efficiency
  • Proven success in navigating LATAM retail ecosystems or achieving significant milestone breakthroughs in retail expansion
