2+ years’ experience with CNC Laser or Plasma Cutters
Must have excellent attention to detail skills
Work with minimal supervision
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, and drawings
Practise safe work procedures and follow all health & safety regulations

Job Responsibility

Read specifications and follow verbal instructions
Lay out, set up and Operate one or more light or heavy metalworking machines
Check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications
Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist
Check for quality of parts
